Job Description

As a Framing Modeler, you\'ll perform precise framing takeoffs, interpret construction drawings, and use advanced modeling software. You\'ll collaborate with the U.S. team to deliver accurate outputs, adapt to new tools, and support project goals in a dynamic construction environment.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift

Salary: PHP 16,000 to PHP 23,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of experience in construction and/or architecture with framing takeoffs
• Experience in U.S. lumber framing norms
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and blueprint interpretation
• Strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings
• High level of English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to various blueprint types
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes in fast-paced settings

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with framing-specific tools such as Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Excel

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform framing takeoffs using industry-specific software with precision and detail
• Review and interpret blueprints including construction, architectural, and structural drawings
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt quickly to new software tools and processes
• Communicate effectively with the California-based team
