We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer who will support the company’s initiatives aimed at achieving Optimal Asset Utilization and Operational Excellence . This role involves challenging existing operational processes and actively identifying and facilitating the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the CI Manager . The CI Engineer drives operational excellence by leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Key responsibilities include : CI Activities Management : Deliver Lean / CI training and facilitate CI tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving). Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities. Lead CI campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity. Operations Support : Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement process improvements. Analyze cross-functional processes to uncover efficiency gaps. Best Practice Sharing : Promote and lead benchmarking and best practice sharing across teams. The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills to influence change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Portrait of a Perfect Candidate : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline; preference for Industrial Engineering). Analytical Skills : Strong conceptual thinking and ability to analyze production data using statistical methods. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in office applications and statistical analysis software. Communication : Excellent written and spoken English; experienced in creating technical reports. Lean Expertise : Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.
