Overview Bancassurance Supervisor - Non-Life Insurance (Mandaluyong) Position title: Bancassurance Supervisor - Non-life InsuranceWork location: Mandaluyong CityWork setup: Full-Time, OnsiteSalary: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 Job Summary: As a Sales Officer/Leader (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing the branch office’s efficient and effective operation. You will play a crucial role in managing the branch’s day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization’s products, services, and goals. Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Branch Operations Management: supervise and manage all branch activities to ensure smooth operations; develop and implement operational policies and procedures; monitor and evaluate branch performance against targets and take corrective actions; ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Team Leadership: recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team; provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff; foster a positive work environment; conduct regular performance evaluations and goal-setting. Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and customers; address inquiries, complaints, and concerns; identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty; monitor feedback and implement improvements. Sales and Business Development: develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals across all channels; recruit productive agents; identify market trends and opportunities; collaborate with the sales team to expand the customer base; maintain partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. Financial Management: prepare and manage the branch budget; monitor financial performance and variances; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks related to branch operations, compliance, and security; implement security protocols and safety measures; report incidents and maintain response procedures. Qualifications and Job Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience, preferably in branch management or related field. Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management. Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results; knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements. Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications; background or knowledge of non-life insurance. Highly organized with attention to detail; ability to multitask and deliver on time under pressure; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales, customer service, administration, management; advanced presentation and MS Office skills.
