Provide technical support and training for staff. Qualifications & Skills At least 3‑5 years of professional experience as a network engineer, with 2‑3 years in a lead role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications such as CCNP are preferred. Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), database management (SQL, MongoDB), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), understanding of blockchain technology (Ethereum), shell scripting, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Working conditions: primarily office-based with some remote work potential; on‑call availability may be required. Qualities and traits: strong analytical skills, effective communication, leadership capabilities, and a problem‑solving mindset.
