What you will do:- Responsible for the construction and renovation of restaurants
- Inspects construction jobsite and evaluates contractors’ progress of work against agreed schedule while conducting cost evaluation of additive and deductive works
- Evaluates and endorses contractors’ billings for timely processing and release of payment
- Ensures quality control standards by regularly conducting jobsite meetings with the stakeholders and supervises testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation
- Ensures timely completion and handover of the project
- Builds and maintains a positive working relationship with the team, cross-functional departments, and other stakeholders Owner Operators, contractors and suppliers
- Fluent in Cebuano or Bisaya
- At least 5 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
