What you will do:
  • Responsible for the construction and renovation of restaurants
  • Inspects construction jobsite and evaluates contractors’ progress of work against agreed schedule while conducting cost evaluation of additive and deductive works
  • Evaluates and endorses contractors’ billings for timely processing and release of payment
  • Ensures quality control standards by regularly conducting jobsite meetings with the stakeholders and supervises testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation
  • Ensures timely completion and handover of the project
  • Builds and maintains a positive working relationship with the team, cross-functional departments, and other stakeholders Owner Operators, contractors and suppliers
What we are looking for:
  • Fluent in Cebuano or Bisaya
  • At least 5 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
