Job Description: Graphic Designer (Contractor)

Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Contractor) to provide additional creative support to our in-house graphic designer. This role will focus on the production of static ads, print materials, and web design, ensuring that all creative output is on-brand, visually compelling, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the full-time graphic designer to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Design and produce static advertisements (digital banners, paid media creatives, social media graphics).
  • Develop print collateral, including brochures, flyers, reports, signage, and event materials.
  • Contribute to web design projects, including landing pages, web banners, and digital layouts that align with brand standards.
  • Ensure all materials are visually consistent and adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Translate creative briefs from Asana into engaging, professional designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
  • Offer creative input and fresh ideas to support marketing, branding, and sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio highlighting static ads, print design, and web projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus experience with Figma/Canva or other digital design tools.
  • Understanding of web design principles and responsive design considerations.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Experience preparing assets for both digital and print production.
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
