We're looking for a creative, organized, and TikTok‑savvy assistant with at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support to join our team and support our clients' social growth strategies. What You’ll Do Monitor TikTok trends and suggest relevant, brand‑aligned content ideas. Assist with managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinating with creators or internal teams. Research and shortlist potential influencers for brand collaborations. Manage outreach via DMs or email and maintain communication logs. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers. Track and report on influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics. Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture. Excellent written English and messaging etiquette. Organized and able to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines. Comfortable with Google Workspace, TikTok, and CRM or influencer platforms. Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
