Job Overview The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the overall operations for the assigned project. They are responsible for managing contract negotiations and ensuring the project is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and stays within proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good customer and vendor relationships. Job Descriptions Provides managerial and technical supervision of the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the project activities. Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project’s SHE, Quality, Time & Cost targets. Directs the review and implementation of budgets, detailed schedules, work plans, and manpower projections. Resolves project delay problems. Organizes, staffs, and updates the project table of organization in coordination with HR. Manages client relationships and meets with clients regularly regarding project concerns. Ensures safety programs are properly implemented at the project site. Provides regular, timely, and accurate reports to the Area Manager and Project Director and raises issues or concerns when needed. Ensures compliance with permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements. Job Requirements Must be a Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer. Have at least ten (10) years of experience as a Project Manager in an EPC construction/general contractor firm (Substations, Transmission Lines, and Solar Farm projects). Have Project Management Certification, Course, or Training. Proficient in using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Project Assignment: Nationwide Deployment.
