Senior Computer Engineer (Level 3 Network Engineer) – Revaya We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Engineer (Level 3 Network Engineer) to join our growing remote IT team. What You’ll Do Deliver expert-level support and resolve Level 3 technical issues with accuracy and efficiency Manage and maintain client networks, servers, and infrastructures with reliability and uptime focus Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols (SonicWall, Sophos, pfSense, etc.) Support and administer Windows Server , Active Directory , and Office 365 environments Optimize network performance and implement security best practices Maintain thorough technical documentation using tools like ConnectWise , Zendesk , or JIRA Stay current with emerging technologies and evolving cybersecurity standards Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English, both written and spoken Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve service requests quickly What You Bring Advanced understanding of networking (CCNA level preferred) Medium to advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Minimum 3 years of Level 2 or higher technical support experience Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2019) Strong command of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and system hardening Experience with MSP tools (ConnectWise, Bitdefender, etc.) Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS Excellent documentation skills and attention to process discipline A proactive mindset and passion for IT innovation and outstanding client service Technical Requirements Reliable, high-speed hard-wired internet connection Dedicated Windows 10/11 Professional Edition workstation (not shared) Noise-canceling headset for clear client communication Join a collaborative, forward-thinking IT team that values expertise, initiative, and continuous learning.
