Premium Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Premium Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to premium customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support to premium customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing technical inquiries and issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to our products and services.
Guide customers through installations, configurations, and best practices for optimal product performance.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve product issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical updates, and industry trends to offer informed support.
Conduct training sessions and webinars for premium customers to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
At least a SHS graduate / Second year finished and up (6 months or more of CCE)
High School Graduate at least solid 2 years of CCE
Willing to work on-site
*Local CCE will not be considered
