Role Overview

The Satellite Teams partner is seeking a highly skilled Demand Package Specialist — ideally an attorney — to support a Personal Injury Law Firm in the U.S. The role involves drafting comprehensive and persuasive demand packages for personal injury cases. This position requires mid-level or above experience, a strong command of personal injury law (preferably California), and exceptional writing skills. The ideal candidate will combine legal knowledge with the ability to create compelling narratives that maximize recovery for clients.

• Draft persuasive and comprehensive demand letters and packages for personal injury cases.
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Apply knowledge of personal injury law (particularly California) to strengthen demand packages.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, case managers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Proofread and edit all documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
• Manage multiple demand requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with firm standards.

• Licensed attorney (preferred), or a professional with extensive experience drafting personal injury demand packages.
• Mid-level or above experience in personal injury law; California experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and summarize medical records and bills effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
