About the role We’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Financial Modelling team, working on our cutting‑edge economic scenario generator software, STAR. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of project work and client interaction. You’ll be part of a team that’s constantly improving our models and processes, expanding our client base, and delivering top‑tier support. What We’re Looking For A degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science). Basic coding experience (Matlab, C#) and a desire to grow your programming skills. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. A collaborative mindset and a logical, thorough approach to problem‑solving. Fluency in English. Support model development and calibration, including automation improvements. Build knowledge of asset classes and financial modelling approaches. Prepare client deliverables and assist with regular model calibrations. Respond to client queries, deliver training, and investigate modelling issues. You’ll receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training and quickly become involved in real client work. Over time, you’ll have the chance to lead research projects, contribute to model enhancements, and grow into a subject‑matter expert.
