CEO – Local Bank Join a leading brand in lending and motor insurance to steer a well‑funded local bank as Chief Executive Officer. The role is an executive opportunity with a strong brand and a dedicated Senior Leadership team. Job Description Strategic Direction – Define long‑term goals, growth strategies and expansion plans in partnership with the Board of Directors and Senior Management. Financial Performance – Set financial targets, monitor indicators and make strategic decisions to achieve profitability. External Representation – Communicate the bank’s vision, strategy and financial performance to shareholders, regulators and the public, and represent the bank at conferences and investor meetings. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, capital adequacy requirements and effective internal controls. Risk Management – Oversee the risk management framework, policies and procedures, and work with risk professionals to mitigate credit, operational, market and liquidity risks. Business Development – Drive growth and expand the customer base through marketing, customer acquisition strategies and new business opportunities. Team Management – Lead talent management and culture development, building a high‑performance culture founded on integrity, collaboration and meritocracy. Technology & Transformation – Set the direction on technology, innovation and transformation, approving significant technology investments and ensuring competitive advantage. Required Experience & Skills Extensive leadership experience within the financial services industry. Expertise in strategic planning, execution and delivering business results. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements and risk management. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward achieving organizational goals. Track record of fostering innovation and driving organizational growth.
