About the job General Accounting Associate Manager (CPA)
Responsibilities:
- Responsiblefor metrics reporting function for entire company's Business Services(BS) Finance.
- Supportthe roll out of the different initiatives that the company's BS Finance is involved in.
- Act asconduit between the Initiatives team and operational teams as necessary.
- Lendexpertise in different operational matters within the company's BS Finance.
- Identifyopportunities for improvement and be able to bring these to the properchannels for implementation.
- Take partin other non-functional initiatives affecting entire company's BS Finance asnecessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduateof BS Accountancy
- Must be aCPA
- witth 6years’ experience in RTR - preferably in a shared service industry but notrequired
- Andhandled at least 2000 HCs
- Metricsdriven/OPEX (6 Sigma) Trained.
- Proficientin MS Office applications like MS outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
