Yondu, Inc. – Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job: Java Software Engineer (Spring boot) Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Writes working back-end, front-end, and/or mobile code using generally accepted standards and best practices Resolves defects found in the code Writes and conducts unit tests before endorsing to the QA team Submits and maintains source code using version control system repositories Participates in code reviews and quality assurance activities Attends team meetings and reports task status to immediate supervisor or project lead Job Specifications Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related degree Related Work Experience - 2–3 years of experience in Software Engineering Knowledge (by role) Web-based Back-end Software Engineers: Experience in developing Web APIs using at least one server-side scripting framework; experience with aggregate database functions and stored procedures; knowledge of design patterns, regular expressions, and third-party/cloud libraries; knowledge of DevOps tools Web-based Front-end Software Engineers: Experience in developing front-end for small- to medium-sized projects; knowledge of design patterns, regular expressions, and DevOps tools Web-based Full Stack Software Engineers: Experience in developing Web APIs, databases, design patterns, and DevOps tools; front-end for small- to medium-sized projects Mobile Software Engineers: Experience in developing mobile applications for small- to medium-sized projects; knowledge of design patterns and mobile architectures Skills Requirements analysis and communication skills Interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs and project schedules Minimum Qualifications Required Skills: Java, Springboot, 2–3 years of experience Employment Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Note: This description reflects the essential duties and responsibilities of the role and may be subject to change at the discretion of Yondu, Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
