We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable web applications across the full technology stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA—to deliver high-impact digital solutions. As a technical leader, you will also mentor junior developers and help define coding standards, development practices, and technical architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with back-end frameworks and languages like Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 or 5, including both Blueprints and C++ scripting.
  • Understanding of performance profiling and debugging tools within the engine.
  • Familiarity with Unreal's rendering pipeline, physics engine, and animation systems.
  • Experience integrating third-party plugins and external APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
