Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dApps and smart contracts on the Kava blockchain.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
  • Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using Kava’s Cosmos-SDK and Tendermint.
  • Integrate Kava’s functionalities with front-end applications and APIs.
  • Optimize the performance of blockchain-based applications.
  • Stay updated on blockchain trends, particularly in the DeFi space, to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure the security of applications by implementing best practices for blockchain development.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to blockchain integration and functionality.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in blockchain development, specifically with the Cosmos-SDK and Tendermint.
  • Strong programming skills in Go (Golang), as it is widely used in Kava development.
  • Knowledge of smart contract development, deployment, and auditing.
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and concepts like staking, liquidity pools, and yield farming.
  • Experience with REST and gRPC APIs for blockchain interactions.
  • Understanding of cryptographic principles used in blockchain security.
