About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quality Project Management Engineer to join our dynamic team at Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc.' in Calamba City Laguna . As a full-time member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of our quality engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and execution of quality assurance projects within the QA department.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets focused on quality improvement.

  • Assist in risk assessments and mitigation efforts using tools like FMEA.

  • Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Facilitate communication between QA and other departments to maintain alignment on quality goals.

  • Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and present updates to QA management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or FDA regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Computer, ) or any related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering roles with project management responsibilities but fresh graduates with related internship experience are encourage to apply.

  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes

  • Experience with risk management (FMEA), root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, CAPA, and Lean methodologies.
