- With a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience involving sewage treatment and reclaimed water facilities or other similar position.

-Take in charge of the overall preventive maintenance planning execution of maintenance plan and record keeping of documents

- Initiate Plant Continuous improvement by conducting workshops that will impact to productivity, quality, safety and cost and do recommendations to the immediate head.

- Ensure compliance of the Plant to environmental regulations, ECC conditions , safety and health, 5'S as well as compliance of plant personnel to company policy.

-Must ensure quality assurance of treatment by maintaining the set process parameters and frequent monitoring of waste of water water treatment test result.

- Coordinate with external supplier and contractors on the requisition and requirements of parts needed for the Operation of the plant.
