Technical expert on Data management related technologies and overall quality of data management related design and services provided.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage external resources
• Support the onboarding and supervising of junior internal resources
• Track and monitor BAU budget. I.e Licenses
• Work closely with GO Product team for the platforms’ Management
• Technical delivery management: capacity planning, vendor resource management and assignment to project
• Supervise and own estimation process for data team
• Collaborate and support AXA teams: GO PH delivery teams, entities etc.
• Projects’ requirements gathering, analysis and clarification
• Represent data team in workshop and entities discussions
• Engage and manage vendors to build, integrate and deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead delivery and actively monitor throughout the project delivery life cycle in order to manage the scope, schedule, and cost for IT projects
• Provide development guide and best practice for developers and oversee coding and unit testing
• Prepare / Review functional specification and define clear direction for development team.
• Functional and non-functional design
• Review and signoff functional and/or technical specifications prepared by vendors
• Review test scope, test approach, and test strategies
• Lead the vendor & manage defects closing during the SIT and UAT
• Liaise with infrastructure and Cloud broker teams on non-production and production infrastructure and environments
• Work with vendor and internal teams to complete production implementation
• Lead Implementation & Rollout and manage deployment, verification, and warranty
• Own and maintain the application domain knowledge for Data applications, drive the team to maintain awareness of technology trends to ensure the delivery of best practices.
• Build and maintain relevant technical capabilities
• Review and approve solution delivery deliverables to ensure quality assurance.
  

Oversee the delivery of trainings and knowledge transfer to the Production teams to ensure necessary knowledge is transferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years Data work experience
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong Experience with Oracle / Postgres and equivalents databases
• Strong Experience with Informatica ETL technologies (Power Center and ideally IICS or Talend) and/or Azure Data Factory
  

Strong Experience with real-time Data Integration/Replication/Change Data Capture
