As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our TAaaS solution, focusing on recruiting top-tier talent for technology start-ups across the region. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to recruiting across various functions highly valued. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding market trends, candidate availability, and other relevant information. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our TAaaS processes and methodologies. Requirements Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Must have proven track record in supporting regional clients in APAC. Demonstrated success in managing full‑cycle recruitment processes for various roles and functions. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proactive and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Work with some of the most innovative technology start‑ups in the region.
