Responsibilities :

  • Extract data for Financial Reporting
  • Create reporting packs including variance tables and charts
  • Extraction of data for preparation of forecasts and simulations
  • Upload and submit monthly forecast data
  • Validate and perform control checks of submitted data
  • Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data
  • Participate in implementation of new procedures
  • Identify opportunities for automation or standardization
  • Share best practices and new methods identified with co-workers
  • Perform tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
  • Maintain process documentation

Job Requirements :

  • Knowledge of FP&A; previous experience in numerical analysis or reporting is advantageous
  • Analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experience working with large amounts of data is a benefit
  • Experience with SAP and EDW (Cognos) is required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately
  • Ability to work as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication skills with ability to listen effectively and articulate queries
  • Fluent spoken and written English; other language skills may be a benefit
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business management
  • Must be amenable to work in midshift and hybrid setup

- Proper and timely clearing of customer bank payments against remittance details
- Analysis and timely disposition of long outstanding receipts posted as "On Account" to customer subledger
- Consistent follow-up and coordination with concerned local counterpart for missing remittance details and treatment billings / revenues
- Proper handling of customer queries as well as timely response to incoming requests
- Ensure service level agreements on timeliness and accuracy of postings are met / exceeded
- Continuously find ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of accountancy or other finance-related bachelor's degree
  • Any 4-year course graduate accepted with relevant experience
  • SAP background is a must
  • Ticketing tool background would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player, hardworking, and pleasing personality
  • Hybrid working setup
  • Must be willing to be assigned in 2nd and 3rd shift
