Senior Finance Specialist

To expand our Asia Pacific operations, we are in need of a Senior Finance Specialist to join our fast-growing team. Your Role: Gather and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple departments to support strategic reviews, planning sessions, and business performance assessments. Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial and business data by verifying outputs, and establishing quality control measures to maintain data integrity. Assist in preparing clear, accurate financial reports and visual presentations for the management team, providing valuable input for senior-level discussions and decision-making. Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by supplying relevant financial data, supporting model development, and helping refine key assumptions and projections. Continuously monitor performance metrics across business units, helping identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improving data reporting processes and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards. Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team. About You: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy and/or other related courses At least five years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. Strong knowledge and experience in using ERP systems. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable processes. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
