Overview DWS is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist (Source to Pay) at Associate level. This role focuses on procurement operations, including purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support, in collaboration with stakeholders, procurement and finance teams. Your responsibilities Procurement operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support Process improvement and documentation Helpdesk and user support Stakeholder management and escalation handling What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within asset management, banking, or financial services In-depth knowledge of source-to-pay end-to-end processes Ability to work independently with focus on results Strong English communication and presentation skills Experience in digital and data-driven environments; interest in advanced tools for process improvement Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus Able to work midshift (2pm–11pm) What we’ll offer you Hybrid work model with in-office / work-from-home flexibility and comprehensive leave policy Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits Access to best-in-class trainings, in-role development and career progression opportunities If you require adjustments to the interview process for disability or health reasons, contact your recruiter.
