Overview

Multiple Call Center Agent positions seeking DAYSHIFT and ONE-DAY PROCESS options in Imus, Cavite; Alabang, Muntinlupa, Makati, Pasig, Pasay, Bacoor, Bacolod, and nearby locations. Roles are permanent/full-time with various accounts and shifts, including Day shift, Evening shift, Night shift, and Overtime. Some listings indicate non-voice or voice accounts and on-site processing. Compensation ranges generally from PHP 19,500 to PHP 30,000 per month, with additional incentives and signing bonuses depending on the account.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; provide solutions and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, process transactions, and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in training and onboarding; comply with site-specific processes and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
  • At least senior high school graduate; college level or graduate welcome with or without experience depending on account.
  • 6 months of BPO experience preferred; some listings accept fresh graduates.
  • Good to excellent communication skills; able to work ASAP; willing to work onsite.
  • For some accounts: specific locations like Alabang, Imus/Cavite, Muntinlupa, Bacoor, Bacolod, Makati, Pasig, or LGA areas.
Location & Schedule
  • Locations include SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, Eton Centris, Alabang, Eastwoods, Pampanga, GMA Cavite, Muntinlupa, Imus Cavite, Bacoor Cavite, Makati, and others.
  • Schedules include Day shift, 8-10 hour shifts, with some sites offering 1-day process and weekends/holidays coverage.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary ranges typically PHP 19,500.00 – PHP 29,000.00 per month (account-dependent).
  • 13th month salary, performance bonuses, overtime pay, and commissions in some accounts.
  • Signing bonus up to PHP 20,000 (depending on account).
  • Benefits: health and life insurance, government benefits, on-site parking, paid training, paid tolls where applicable, and opportunities for promotion.
