Overview

Marsh Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh Philippines, Inc. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with account executives to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Developing bespoke insurance programs tailored to meet client-specific needs.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop effective insurance programs.
  • Negotiating terms and coverage options with insurers to secure the most favorable programs.
  • Developing and maintaining facility programs to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local insurance markets and carriers through engagements such as roadshows and industry events.
  • Continuously monitoring market conditions, economic landscapes, and insurer offerings to provide clients and account executives with strategic, data-driven advice on optimal coverage solutions.
What you need to have
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business and financial industries; preferably background in non-life insurance sales, underwriting, or brokerage.
  • Strong network and comprehensive understanding of local and global corporate and economic dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
