Location : Taguig City, Philippines (temporary remote)

Working Hours : Day Shift (Flexible)

Salary : Negotiable

Responsibilities
  • Report on pipeline updates to recruiters and hiring managers regarding pipeline activity, challenges, and market trends to help drive sourcing strategy and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions
  • Manage alternative ways to make talent pipelines and execute based on tactical research, events, sourcing campaigns, and referral generation
  • Support and optimize digital media campaigns to align with Talent Acquisition priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months of relevant experience is required. Strong familiarity in talent sourcing, ATS, and lead generation
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to build pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferably has own laptop
  • Can start ASAP
  • Experience: talent sourcing: 1 year (preferred)
