Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback. Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts. Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs. Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products. Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring. Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions. Analyze quality data and prepare quality reports. Support customer and internal manufacturing audits. Willing to work in a flexible environment. Requirements/Qualifications Educational Requirements At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Other Requirements Minute five years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Semiconductor or related Industry. Good knowledge and experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and controls from IQA, assembly, testing, to warehouse and shipping. Good knowledge and experience in 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan, Why-Why Analysis, and 8D. Applicable standards to semiconductor industry. problem solving.
