ISSJ III– OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) – Expert

Position Available Upon Contract Award

Primary Location: National Capital Region

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts (Language Enabled) responsible for conducting advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments supporting special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and threat estimates. They will fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience supporting special operations with OSINT is preferred. (Note: traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources are not considered equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
  • Strong proficiency with specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, repositories, research methods, and methodologies.
  • Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policies.
  • Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills, capable of briefing at the O4/GS13 level or above.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in a designated foreign language (reading, listening, writing, speaking). Analytic experience requirements may be reduced or waived at the Government’s discretion based on language proficiency.
