The Pharmacist is a key medical expert who ensures patient safety and enhances customer experience across our various services. This dynamic role involves applying pharmaceutical knowledge not only in patient-facing interactions but also within our operational teams, such as supply chain and customer experience, to uphold the highest standards of care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to patients regarding their medications, potential side effects, and proper usage through various communication channels.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by validating prescriptions and maintaining accurate patient documentation in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer experience and supply chain, to improve operational processes, address patient concerns, and ensure the quality of our services.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing patient health outcomes and overall customer experience by providing essential medical and pharmaceutical insights.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
