- Enforce PPE use, safe machine operation, and housekeeping in the fabrication area.
- Implement and document quality-assurance checks (e.g., concrete slump, rebar bend tests).
- Monitor stock levels of cement, aggregates, reinforcing steel, molds, and consumables; request replenishment in advance.
- Minimize material waste through optimized cutting patterns and batching practices.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely delivery of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure fabrication machines, mixers, rebar cutters/benders, and molds are cleaned, lubricated, and in safe working order.

- Maintain daily production logs, material-usage records, and equipment-maintenance checklists.
- Submit incident and non-conformance reports; recommend corrective actions.
- Assist management with cost tracking and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Vocational certificate or relevant technical training in metalwork, masonry, or concrete production (TESDA NC II/III an advantage).
- Minimum 3years’ fabrication or precast production experience, including at least 1year in a supervisory or lead-hand role.
- Hands-on knowledge of fabrication equipment (rebar benders/cutters, block-making machines, concrete mixers, molds).
