Overview The role is to ensure the best software delivery from a technical capability and capacity perspective. The role manages all cloud environments (currently AWS) working closely with the delivery teams following Agile practices. The role is hands-on with a mix of architecture direction and knowledge sharing. The ultimate responsibility is for an efficient, Agile-led CI/CD environment that is continuously measured and improved, running in the most efficient and automated way, managing the complete AWS life cycle, along with security, provisioning, optimisation, performance improvement and automation. The Role Will be providing technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of application, data and infrastructure professionals to implement the architecture, including those distributed across geographical boundaries Will resolve escalated infrastructure issues, using influence, negotiation, and a deep understanding of the technology and people involved Manage 3rd Party dependencies from an environment perspective Set up backend environments SIT, UAT, DEV, PROD Deploy installs from a CI/CD perspective, setup, and maintenance Undertake system admin activities as required, domain, DNS, Load balancing as examples Escalate technical problems as required, if cannot solve DR type situations Administration and management of infrastructure services (security/vulnerabilities is a high focus being a FinTech company) Gather information from the internal customer to understand their drivers of business value Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products and systems Requirements Formal Azure and AWS cloud certifications in the following are highly regarded - Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ104), AWS SysOps Administrator Associate and/or similar (e.g. Microsoft Azure Architect/AWS Solution Architect/GCP At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure Note Security and governance considerations are a high focus in this FinTech environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
