Responsibilities
  • Perform investigation of fraud-related cases and provide information on the nature, root cause, and potential impact, including recommendations on how to address the problem.
  • Assist the FF Head in ensuring that fraud investigation results are properly endorsed to concerned units (e.g., Legal, Security) for proper action.
  • Conduct tests to validate bypass activities and fraud-related cases.
  • Provide inputs on new fraud cases for monitoring and operationalization to prevent and minimize revenue leakages.
  • Provide inputs to drive innovation and process improvements, particularly in fraud detection and monitoring processes.
  • Research current trends in fraud techniques to serve as early warning signals of potential revenue loss.
  • Conduct specialized investigations and field operations focusing on gathering relevant facts and details.
  • Support the management of investigative interviews, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  • Analyze basic facts and information gathered to contribute to findings and evidence, aiding in solving cases and identifying root causes.
  • Draft preliminary reports of investigations, including initial recommendations under supervision.
  • Follow established protocols for documenting and storing evidence and findings.
  • Participate in case review meetings to learn from more experienced investigators and contribute observations.
  • Support HR in administrative proceedings (drafts NTE & NOD).
