On-Call Video Editor

We collaborate with our content development team on projects for contractors in a flexible, remote capacity. Role Remote on-call video editor who will work with our production team to create engaging, high quality videos for tens of thousands of students around the world. These positions can be worked remotely and are typically scoped for approximately 25–30 hours per week. The remote on-call video editor must be able to edit course content in Adobe Premiere. Responsibilities Edit course content in Adobe Premiere. Qualifications A strong reel showcasing editing skills and visual storytelling ability Minimum 2 years experience in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects Experience animating 2D and 3D animations Strong media management and organizational skills Takes direction well but also has sound editorial judgment Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication Juggles a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining calm, organized, and flexible. Comfortable with long, in-depth editing tasks as well as urgent assignments Solid communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback Constantly seeks opportunities to develop technical skills, learns from failures, and isn’t afraid to ask questions Fluency in English (written and verbal) Please submit your resume or CV and a selection of recent editing samples, including After Effects work.
