Qualifications Must be a college graduate of a 4-year industrial engineering course Has at least 1 year experience in planning and documentation With Time & Motion Study experience. Must have the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal clients, peers, senior managers and external suppliers. Must have strong leadership qualities and able to manage, coordinate and facilitate the team to ensure efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness. Must possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Must be proactive, honest, and trustworthy. Must be hardworking, patient and organized. Must be computer literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools. Willing to be assigned in Pampanga and/or Tarlac Plants. 1 Project-based employment (1 year) contract available.
