Build new features, refactor code, and ensure quality through reviews, testing, and best practices. Take part in backlog refinement, user story creation, and product demos. Document features and contribute to continuous improvement through learning and modern engineering practices (e.g., TDD, pair programming).**What We Value**We're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should have:* Extensive experience in .Net/C# development.* Proficiency with .Net (4.7–8.0), OAuth2.0/OIDC, ASP.Net Web API, gRPC, RDBMS, logging & tracing.* Solid grasp of OOP, TDD, DDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns.* Experience with peer reviews (knowledge of tools like SonarQube or Codescene will be good to have).* Understanding of security best practices for distributed systems.* Effective communication skills and fluency in English.**Nice to Have*** Experience with Azure cloud (API Gateway, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure AD, AppInsights).* Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills focused on business outcomes.* Familiarity with Lean Agile practices.* Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field**Others:*** Flexible between APAC and EMEA shift* Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week)**BENEFITS:**Attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
