This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager, located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, which includes managing staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, handling laundry services, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves hiring and training personnel, scheduling shifts, and maintaining communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Manage staff, supervise performance, and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Oversee laundry services and related operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs.
• Hire, train, and develop housekeeping personnel.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Supervisory skills: experience in management and overseeing staff
• Laundry operations: knowledge of laundry procedures

• Previous experience in a luxury resort or hotel is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
