Does routine inspection during bottling operations and studies process capability. Perform swabbing tests before bottling of liqueur and juices in the absence of the microbiologist. Performs physico-chemical analysis of deionized water, liquor, liqueur, and juices. Ensures complete and accurate recording of results of quality control tests to maintain effective monitoring and feedback system. Performs microbiological laboratory works in the absence of the microbiologist. Prepares all necessary documents of new products for FDA registration. Assists in R&D laboratory works. Performs other tasks assigned by the QA Manager provided that training has been undergone on such tasks. Approves for the release of the final products in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Licensed Chemist. With at least one (1) working experience in laboratory and/or QA functions. Effective oral and written communication skills. Good Laboratory Procedures and Analysis.
