This position is based at LDRC, Pasay City. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct quality inspection and spot audit of the following: Inspection of Incoming Food and Food Items Spot‑Check Audit on the Production of Family Food Pack Spot‑Check Audit on the Good Warehouse and Inventory Management Inspection of Outgoing Food and Non‑Food Items Monitor compliance of other Section/Division on the recommended plan of action based on audit results. Monitor the daily updating of QACS Quality Inspection Database. Consolidate/reconcile data on Quality Inspection and Spot‑checks/audits conducted. Assist in the provision of technical assistance to FOs in the implementation and standardization of policies regarding quality management of relief items. Assist in preparation of periodic reports related to the quality management of relief items. Assist in monthly inventory taking. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
