Job Title: Zoho Expert - Jewelry Business Migration & Management
Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Expert to migrate our jewelry company's core operations—including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations—to Zoho One . The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

• System Migration: Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption
• Zoho CRM & Books Management: Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
• Integration & Automation: Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
• Process Optimization: Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
• Security & User Management: Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
• Training & Support: Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
• Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs

• Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator).
• Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
• Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).
• Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
• Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.

• Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation
• Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho
