HR Associate

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The HR Associate, as a staff member of management, assists the HR Officer – HR Employee Relations and Labor Relations (ERLR) in managing and organizing activities and programs that promote a conducive, inclusive, and safe working environment for employees. Activities include, but are not limited to, company events, employee wellness and sports activities, company benefits, government compliance programs, and other reporting requirements. Qualifications: Preferably with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral or Social Science, or Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, or equivalent field. Preferably with a minimum of one (1) month experience in HR or at least two (2) years as an Administrative Assistant. Knowledge of Desktop Publishing and Writing.
