Gatherand analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPMsolutions. Developfunctional design documents and provide oversight forconfigurations. Leadand participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertiseacross EPM moules including Planning and Budgeting, FinancialConsolidation,Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, andEnterprise Data Management. Manageproject teams and coordinate efforts between functional andtechnical resources. Providepost-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issueresolution. Conductuser training sessions and develop training materials. Collaboratewith the presales team to deliver business development solutions,including effort estimation. Maintainstrong client relationships to understand and address their ongoingneeds. Requirements Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a relatedfield. 8 to10years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM. Atleast 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations. Provenexperience in business development and presales activities. Strongcommunication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
