Overview Data Warehouse Technical Project Manager We are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team Be a Data Warehouse Technical Project Manager for our Davao site. This role will focus on playing a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the delivery of data and analytics initiatives. Also, being responsible for coordinating release cycles, ensuring thorough testing, and securing stakeholder sign-off prior to deployment. Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver data warehousing and analytics solutions on time and within scope Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, risks, communication plans, cost tracking, and budgets Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria Delivery Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of data pipelines, models, and dashboards, ensuring quality and readiness for release. Coordinate release planning and execution for data warehouse deliverables, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams Agile Methodology: Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement practices Progress Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and demonstrations. Support team in keeping Jira, Confluence, and other Project tracking tools up to date DevOps Implementation: Support the implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Data Governance Advocacy: Champion data governance, quality, and security best practices across projects What we are looking for To be successful in this role you must… 4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data engineering or analytics environments Proven experience managing data warehousing projects and cross-functional teams Experienced in SDLC Strong understanding of data platforms and tools such as Azure Databricks, AzureData Factory, SQL, and Power BI Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps preferred) Familiarity with Agile Familiarity with project management software tools, e.g., Jira PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus Proficient in Jira and Confluence Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify Ecommerce platforms A technical background in data engineering or software development Experience working with DTC/omni-channel brands; beauty industry experience is a plus Life at Awesome CX by Transcom Awesome CX by Transcom inclusive culture is rooted in wellness & fun.
