Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)
Work Arrangement: Onsite but can consider WFH

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with executive team on forecasting and profitability analysis for multiple companies, primarily Real Estate.
  • Develop and maintain confidential models to monitor business performance, and provide executives with insights into risks and opportunities.
  • Models to include both stand-alone properties and a combined view of all companies\' holdings.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Experience working as a financial analyst/financial modeling. Ideally 5 years or more; CPA and/or CFA license and/or master\'s degree.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools - Excel and Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis processes.
  • Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
