Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager (VA1) to join our team and manage all social media platforms for our real estate business. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and optimizing performance across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Post daily content (stories, reels, posts), engage with followers, run ads, and track performance. YouTube Channel: Create, manage, and optimize real estate content, including video editing and SEO. Website Management (Gateway): Update content, optimize for SEO, and enhance user experience. SEO & Local Engagement: Implement SEO strategies, engage with local trends, and grow audience through targeted content. Content Creation & Editing: Research trends, create graphics in Canva, and edit videos for multiple platforms. Project Management (Asana): Track tasks, goals, and content distribution. CRM Management (Cloze): Manage client interactions and leads, integrate social media efforts. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience in social media management, ideally in real estate. Strong video editing skills (CapCut, similar tools) & proficiency in Canva. Familiarity with website management (Gateway is a plus). CRM experience (Cloze or similar) is a bonus.
