Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Alaminos. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, processing invoices, and ensuring tax compliance. Additional duties include reconciling accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Statement Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Invoice Processing
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is an advantage
