You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, directly contributing to a safer, more sustainable, and autonomous future. What You Will Do

Providing essential support for reliability testing activities and programs, including Reliability Qualifications and the Reliability Monitor Program, for Allegro products manufactured in the Philippines.

Performing mechanical and visual inspections on product samples according to specified requirements and internal standards.

Accurately recording test results in the Reliability Test Log-sheet and maintaining the Reliability Database.

Notifying the Reliability Supervisor promptly of any external visual inspection rejections for validation purposes.

Generating comprehensive External Visual Inspection (EVI) reports using prescribed templates.

Participating in ongoing refresher training to maintain certification and enhance inspection expertise.

Managing the retention and retrieval of reliability samples and associated documentation.

Collaborating effectively with the Reliability Supervisor by communicating reliability-related requests, issues, and timelines, providing accurate results and data, actively participating in meetings and discussions, and assisting with customer visits when applicable.

Adhering strictly to Reliability Laboratory safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper waste handling protocols, supporting our Environmental Management System.

Contributing to the achievement of departmental goals by supporting identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Engaging in continuous professional development and applying new knowledge to enhance individual capabilities and strengthen team performance.

What You Will Bring

Current enrollment in the 3rd year of a college program or a graduate of any 2-year technical/associate's degree.

1-2 years of experience in a similar or related position within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in computer usage and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Demonstrated knowledge of External Visual Inspections.
