This position is a production-heavy, month-to-month role focused on creating short‑form videos for our social channels. Job Description Produce a steady flow of 15–60 second videos using AI video tools, stock/B‑roll footage, and Adobe (Premiere/After Effects) or similar tools. Video production will rely on topics, scripts, and brand direction supplied by the team. Requirements 1–3+ years in video editing/content creation (agency, start‑up, or freelance). Strong portfolio of short‑form social content. Comfortable with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Veed, CapCut). Ability to create videos quickly without sacrificing clarity or brand. Experience adding subtitles or burned‑in captions. Good sense of storytelling for B2B or service brands. Able to work from a monthly brief/calendar and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR, staffing, EOR, BPO, or SaaS content. Basic thumbnail/cover design skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn as a content channel. Comfort editing UGC‑style videos. Responsibilities Produce monthly batch of short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or Descript. Source and integrate B‑roll, stock, and AI‑generated footage. Add captions, hooks, music, SFX, transitions, and light motion graphics. Repurpose webinar clips, podcast snippets, sales videos, and talking‑head content into social‑first edits. Ensure all assets stay on brand with fonts, colors, logo stings, lower thirds. Stay updated on short‑form trends and suggest new formats. Organize and deliver files in correct formats/sizes for each platform. Attributes Excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects timely and adapt quickly to change. Strong logical and verbal reasoning. Exceptionally detail‑oriented and problem‑solving. Thinking outside the box and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Own work device (desktop or laptop) and stable internet connection. Familiar with time‑tracking software for payroll.
