Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, timelines, workflows, and documentation across multiple workstreams. Facilitate agile project cycles, ensuring timely progress updates, clear task ownership, and strong follow‑through. Build and maintain tracking frameworks, dashboards, or systems that help teams stay aligned and informed. Translate broad, conceptual, or strategic ideas into clear, actionable project components and deliverables. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right stage of each project. Conduct regular project reviews, identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and adjust plans as needed. Support leadership team in planning, prioritization, and decision‑making through structured reporting and updates. Ensure work is executed with quality, clarity, and alignment to objectives, timelines, and resources. Qualifications Previous experience in project management, operations, or related role. Strong understanding of agile workflows and iterative work cycles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Strong communication and facilitation abilities, both written and verbal. Comfortable taking high‑level ideas and translating them into structured steps and systems. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, or similar). Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong follow‑through and attention to detail. Must be amenable to work at night. Must be comfortable working with timetrackers. Must have own working equipment (computer: at least i5 and 8GB RAM, webcam, and noise‑cancelling headset). #J-18808-Ljbffr
