Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
- Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
- Interface with leaders to understand the fast-changing business needs and make updates where necessary
- Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
- Coordinates with third-party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under a Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen on details and highly organized
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Amenable to being assigned in Paciano Rizal, Calamba, Laguna
